NATURE OF SERVICES

The Company provides introductory services to licensed insolvency practitioners and solicitors for a range of services including but not limited to company restructuring, company voluntary arrangements, HMRC time to pay arrangements, pre pack administration, voluntary liquidation, dissolving of companies, IR35 company closures, and removal of personal guarantees. The Company does not itself provide these services.

INITIAL CONSULTATION & REFERRAL

The Company offers a no-charge initial consultation to understand the client’s requirements. Following this, the client will be referred to a suitable licensed professional from our panel. The client is under no obligation to proceed with any services offered by the referred professional.

DISCLOSURE OF PANEL MEMBERS

The details of the panel of licensed insolvency practitioners and solicitors The Company works with are available upon request.

BROKERAGE OF COMPANY SALES

The Company brokers sales of UK limited companies and LLPs to third parties. The Company itself does not purchase these entities.

Fees for brokerage services will be clearly outlined to the client before entering any agreement. Clients are given sufficient time to consider their options without obligation.

LIABILITY & DUE DILIGENCE IN BROKERAGE

The Company is not responsible for the condition of the companies or LLPs being sold and does not vouch for their financial status.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

The Company’s role is solely as a broker, and it is not liable for the actions of buyers post-purchase.

WEBSITE USAGE

The information provided on The Company’s website is for general informational purposes only.

By submitting personal details on the website, users consent to being contacted by The Company regarding their enquiry.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
